Partner Workshop III: Design for Change
A workshop for the development of modern management systems
Participants learn how to use the diagnostic results to develop and implement modern managerial systems. They create the concepts and plan the change program. During the workshop, participants work with the diagnostic results of their own organization and prepare the next steps (Presentation, discussion, advice for clients).
The workshop caters to experienced independent advisors, control, human resources, organization development, compliance, governance, performance management, strategy development, change management, planning or CEO Office staff professionals in small and large organizations.
Date: On demand, 1-2 times per year.
Location: Workshop hotel in your area.
Language: English or German.
Fee: Euro 600.-
Prerequisite: Workshop II participation
