The German Chapter of PMA in collaboration with the XING Xpert Ambassador Group Controlling organizes a one day workshop in Düsseldorf on 6. October 2011. Speakers include among others Andy Neely. An announcement of the event with the invitation follows shortly. The workshop focuses on the practices of performance management in organizations.

To prepare for the workshops, we have decided to conduct a world-wide study on the use of performance management practices.

Management Diagnostic: New Reports

Next to new and more intuitive graphics, specific reports for CEOs as an executive summary, a handout for the leadership team workshops, and detailed reports for corporate staff are available.
