The 2 1/2-day workshop includes an online diagnostic that reviews 44 practices and combines them with proven approaches in coaching and training. Participants work on their individual challenges to reach tangible results.
Often we combine the ShapeToFlow workshops with sports, such as skiing or golf. Sports and decision making offer unique experiences with high relevance for leadership and a direct transfer into the daily practice.
